Beautiful! Yum!
Those looked fabulous for this early in the season! Leeloo would have definitely taken one bite of each berry if you hadn't picked one to give her!
I also bought my first flat of strawberries this week! YUM!!! I made "homemade" biscuits for strawberry shortcake. Homemade because I can't make them from scratch better than with the Jiffy brand mix. (It's nice to have a week between school quarters!)
