Lovely Leeloo
Sappy but mercifully short ode to my pet parrot, Leeloo. Ok, I admit it, I am pathetically in love with a bird. A creature with a brain smaller than a walnut. Yep, I am owned by her.

I love your Leeloo too!! I have a peachfaced lovebird that loves me like no other animal. My cats are a very close second. They all have their own distinct personality and they never care about what kind of day you've had. All they want is to spend time with us.. Isn't that the best???

The companionship of animals is a blessing. I love my pooch grace, for example.
When I worked for a vet in Staten Island we were given a Sun Conure whose legs were splayed. I liked him. Well nice meeting you in the video conference. I'll check out some more of your vids now.

I had a dog named Sara that died in Nov. at age 18. We adopted another dog but she is NOT a cuddler, and it makes me miss Sara even more.
